COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

 

At the May 2009 monthly meeting the Council formally adopted a procedure to deal with complaints against the Council that cannot, in the first instance, be resolved by more informal means.

It should be noted that complaints about the conduct of members (i.e. Councillors) which, again, cannot be resolved by more informal means, should be referred to the Standards Committee at Leeds City Council.
